PATCHSET3 (and higher) changing permissions for several files

Hi All,

Did anyone face the same issue that a huge number of files have changed permissions after applying PS3 on Linux/Unix environments?

E.g.:

/apps/sba/siebsrvr/bin/genbscript: inconsistent mode checksum

    # expect:  ----755  oracle              oinstall               69800  22624

    # actual:   ----664  oracle              oinstall               69800  29949
