Customer site missing in customer master

hi,

have a odd situation where a customer site address is missing in the customer master but this address is available for pick in OM sales order.

user confirmed that they were in the process of creating the site address, when suddenly the window closed before she could enter any billing information.

when she went back in to try to update the specific address - she could not find the address.

so when someone uses this address on the sales order - there is an error when it comes to invoicing.

when i look the customer table - i see that the site address is available and is active. however i cannot find it in the customer master to either update or deactivate it.
