Unable to connect to Planning from workspace

Hello All,

I am experiencing something strange recently. I am getting below errors and warning randomly. In one instance I login, with no issue, but when I log-out and try to login again on the same machine I get the errors.

I don't see any errors in Planning0.log, HyS9Planning-sysout.log and HyS9Planning-syserr.log.

I have tried these things so far:

1. Redeploy workspace

2. Redeploy planning

3. cleared tmp folder on Planning server

4. cleared IE browser

5. restarted services on multiple occasions

6. Added entries in host file for foundation and planning servers

Environment: Windows 2008 R2 64bit (All servers in VM)

Distributed Environment (Different Servers for Foundation/Workspace/FR/EAS, Planning, HFM, Print Server, Essbase)
