How to redirect to another page after saving the record - Please help urgent

Hi,

My requirement is I am having a report from where i have a create contact link, which takes me to the contact link.

But when i save the record after clicking on save, it creates the record but the page still remains the same and does not navigate to another page.

Please help regarding this.
