Not able to see the Error Message in the Debrief form

Hi

I am using R12 Debrief Forms .When i am trying to submit the Debrief it is completed with errors .I am not  able to see the error message on the Debrief form .I am only able to see the error in the Log file ,Is there any profile option that controls the display of error message on the Debrief Form .
