Dear All,

Customer is upgrading EBS from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 with patch 6678700.

ALL workers failed with below messages:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/uatr12/apps/uat/apps/apps_st/appl/okl/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/oklirupg.sql &un_okc &batchsize 28 64
ERROR:
ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact

There are 15 quad core cpu on application tier and 46 quad core cpu on db tier, and customer run the patch with 64 adworkers.(I think there are too many adworkers)

Customer have upgraded the same environment earlier also without any issue. This time the only change what they have is the Application Tier is on the NFS mount point on AIX. This issue of TNS connection  is only coming after completion of most of the jobs from the Patch. When we restart the worker the issue disappear for that worker, but again TNS error start coming on the restarted worker.
