E1 Page zip file is not working

Hi, I created an E1 page but when I try uploading the zip file, there is no error in uploading the zip file. However, on trying to view the page by clicking on page name, I get message as attached.

I tried unzipping it with 7 zip and 'rezipping it but no luck. Could you please help me with the same.

Zip file and .dat file attached.

Please rename:

1) SCEEIntegrtyReports.jpg to SCEEIntegrtyReports.zip

2) SCEEIntegrtyReports.jpeg to SCEEIntegrtyReports.dat
