Inbound emails are not appearing in Siebel.
We are facing this issue of missing incoming emails. We have configured a response group to monitor a mailbox in Siebel. The component Communications inbound receiver is also running fine without error. Sometimes, when multiple emails are sent to Siebel monitored mailbox, by the same customer within a short span of time, then only one of these emails will be reported in Siebel. How to fix this?
