Siebel Reports in Open UI and the Message Bar (Notification)

Hi All,

I am currently testing Open UI (8.1.1.11.4) with BI Publisher 11g. A great new feature is that users are able to continue navigating through the application as soon as the report request is sent. They will be notified about the report having finished in the message bar (upper right corner).

However, I am not able to see the message bar for any user in our system. Finally it turned out, that our license keys do not allow the usage of this feature.

After adding trial keys from the oracle homepage and bouncing the server, the message bar displayed fine.
