Hardware requirement for SOA 11 G components

hi,

we have one VM server (Cloud- based)  where we installed following components:

Weblogic server version:10.3.6

SOA Suite version: 11.1.1.7

OSB version 11.1.1.7

BAM 11.1.1.7

ODI : 11.1.1.7

API gateway: 11.1.2.1.0

AIA : 11.1.1.7

over Operating System: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4.

Currently we are having total 16 GB of RAM.

And right now we are facing some issues where server is that much slow that it takes 5-10 mins to load a Composite instance in em.

Could some one please let me know what should be minimum Hardware requirement for this type of installation.

Is there any patch(es) we need to install.
