Encumbrance Behaviour in iProcurement Requisition

Hi,

What is the standard functionality for the below scenario:

When the requester submitted the requisition from iProcurement, encumbrace is getting 'Reserved'. If the requisition is either rejected any of the approver or returned back by the buyer (incomplete status),

what will happen to the reserved fund? Will it remain as 'Reserved' against the requisition or it will be getting relieved?
