Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to upload a file as a attachment in Agile PLM 9.3.3

I am trying to attach a file in Agile PLM web client I am getting error, please find attached error screenshots.

Some issue with file manager, not able to understand whats wrong.
