Dynamic Default Product Configuration UI property

Hello Experts,

Can some one guide me how to Use the "Dynamic Default" UI property which is used for Set Preference Constraints.

I didn't find anywhere about the Configuration process to use this property.

Ref: Prodadmin Pdf Page254

On which level we need to add this UI Property ? Root level? Relationship level? Component level? attribute level? Please guide me the configuration steps required. Book shelf is not having this inputs .
