Is AGIS capable to store attachments of backup files and links to systems containing backup data?

Hi,
We have a bespoke Global Trading Hub system that captures cost for home, hub and recipient OUs. This system is used by suppliers to input trades and attach backup files. It then generates email to end-recipients, generates and upload summary feeds to Oracle AGIS for trade processing and further intercompany settlements.

This Global Trading Hub system has the ability to store attachments of backup files and links to various systems where backup data are stored. Apart from the as-is standard intercompany and intracompany trade processing, does Oracle AGIS has the capability to perform below activities:-

-stores attachments?
-stores links to source system having backup data?
