Internal Order Stuck in the inventory transaction interface with negative balance not allowed


My problem now is Internal Order Stuck in the inventory transaction interface with negative balance not allowed as i mention before ,

this is my issue now , i approve the Internal PR THEN CREATE ISO then i pick & transact & ship the order the line statues of the order is Closed but no invoice created . .

after ship the ISO it stuck in the Transaction interface with negative balance not allowed
