Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Address Validation Error For County Even Though Tax/Geo Validations Are Switched Off At County Level

We have loaded Vertex tax files for USA to our R12.1 instance where we already had pre-existing addresses.

We had turned off Geo and Tax validations for County. We do not want to charge AR taxes based on counties.

Still we are getting address validation errors for addresses where a single city is found to be eligible for 2 counties. Any idea why?
