Constraint execution on Bulk Request Order

Hi Experts,

I have requirement to check if product constraint are executed on the Order line items while creation from bulk request. I am generating bulk request from an incoming XML which has list of products and its attribute values to be set on the newly generated order line item. These order line items have the products which are having interdependent constraint rule but I am not sure if we have been offer with this functionality of executing product validations while order line items are generated.
