Getting APP-SQLAP-10108 error while trying to commit in APINWKB

I get this error only when I click on Lines tab, this error does not showup when I click on other tabs.

In MOS, I found this bug #

Enhancement Request Bug 10240555: INCONSISTENT ERROR: APP-SQLAP-10108 AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED WHILE TRYING TO COMMIT has been logged to make the message consistent.

What is the solution for it? Could anyone advise?
