BIP Migration from Dev to Test (or prod)

Is there any way to migrate a report (template + data model) from My Folder (catalog) on a developer's account to the Shared Folder of another environment like TEST?

I have tested using BIPCatalogUtil to move from say Dev Shared Folder to TEST Shared Folder but was wondering if we can write a script to migrate from a Developer's My Folder location to a Shared Folder.
