Create a script to run a check report dependant on completion of data load and POV

We would like to create a script in FDM that will reference the current POV and confirm the completion status of a data load especially when unsuccessful and run a check report agains HFM. We are familiar with writing scripts but need suggestions on how to reference completion of data load and how to determine the success/fail status.
- If a record fails to load for one region we still want to see the other regions in the check report.
- We already know that if you set the lngProcessLevel to equal 12 (Up-To-Check) this will happen when the data loads successfully.
