GRID 12c installation complete but page rendering is very slow

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question

We just installed 12c GRID on a Vmware container with 16 GB RAM and 4 cpus on Linux 6.4. The server stats look fine but the time to load pages in the browser are exttremly slow. It takes 5-20 seconds to load a page. What area should be focused on for improving the page rendering performance? Any suggestions appreciated for speeding up the page rendering in 12c Grid
