Warehouse field population on order line when order is created from Charges

Hi,

We are seeing that the warehouse on the order line is getting defauled to "A" when we create the order from Charges. We are not passing any warehouse value from the charges. When we create the order from OM, the value is defaulting to "B"

We went through the document (Doc ID 411962.1) and based on that the value should be defauled from OM defaulting rules. We checked the defaulting rules and it shouldnt default to "A". can you please let us know if there can be any other place this value can be defaulted from?
