MFG Leadtime Quantity - Is it Standard Batch Size?

All,

I am setting up MRP/CRP for a Business Unit I am working at and I know that Accounting Cost Qty is supposed to be the Standard Batch size to distribute Setup across, but I am trying to figure out in straight terms what MFG Leadtime Quantity is.  Based upon all of the calculations and Oracle documents I have seen for Leadtime Rollup it looks to me like the MFG Leadtime Quantity should also be the Standard Batch Size or Standard Run Quantity.  Can someone please confirm?  We had a consultant here for a while, but he had to leave us.
