Open UI - CSS File - HI vs Open UI

Hi,

As part of co-existence between HI & Open UI the folder structure of placing the vanilla vs custom files had changed.

I was able to find a clear documentation around the placement of Webtemplates & the sequence in which Siebel looks at the folder structure as below. However there is no documentation around CSS & Images file folder structure to differentiate between Open UI & HI; the requirement is to have the existing CSS & Images file for HI which impacting existing application and new set of files just for Open UI..... Can anyone please suggest if there is some documentation or the way to keep HI not getting impacting due to new CSS & Images delivered by Open UI
