Installing OEM12c agents for SQL server 2012 cluster database - windows 2012 OS

Hi,

I have the OMS on LINUC with SQL server plugin installed.

For the targets, its SQL server 2012 cluster databases on windows 2012 OS. there are two physical nodes with logical IP and  name.

I have installed the agent on both the physical nodes and trying to discover database in OEM12c, but getting the port 1433 not reachable.

Can some one who has done already this setup briefme the steps to be followed.
