We are not able to create online create accounting on the payment workbench.

Hi,

We upgrade the instance from 11i to R12, once doing that we became unable to create online create accounting for certain payment, this happened for all payments and the periods is open in AP and GL ..... can I have any suggestions from your side please .... we are in very crucial phase ... thanks
