Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Costing Manager Errors out -APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 12545 in AFPCOA

Hi

We are in EBS 12.1.3. and in standard Costing. Costing Manager ( scheduled one) is continously getting errored with below error code:

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 12545 in AFPCOA

Cause: AFPCOA failed due to ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist

Any help in this issue is appreciated.
