Can Process Manufacturing and Discrete Coexist on the same Instance (R12) ?

Hello,

My client has Discrete Manufacturing Sites (Machines) as well as Process Manufacturing (Consumables).

Some of the consumable products are packed together with the machines and shipped to the end customers.

Is there any known problem with the Coexistance of OPM and Discrete in the same instance?

Are there any constraints related to with a hybrid implementation?

What should I keep an eye on, in order to avoid unnecessary implications?
