Needs to create Communication Request
Hi Support,
I have Enhancement to the existing process, as per the existing process whenever Order Status changed from Pending to Approval the mail is sent to their associated customer.
But in the existing process mail was sending without storing their information on the
Administration-Communication>All Outbound Requests > Communication Requests.
So user wants the respective email information which was sent earlier it should be added in the above view so that they can able to know the status of the Email.
Please could you let us know for this what will be needed to append to the existing process so that my requirement fulfill.
