Open UI Object Manager crashing when file upload dialog is closed with "X" button

Hi All,

I just stumbled over a new "feature" in Open UI. I am not sure whether this applies only to our environment, or if this is a general issue.

When cancelling a file upload with "X" button, the OM crashes.

reproduction steps:

- click "Site Map" -> "Correspondence" -> "Personal Templates"

- Click "New" and open the File Upload Dialog from the "Template Name" field

- Don't select a file, but close the popup using the "X" button

-> OM crashes.

This applies to all places where file upload takes place (e.g. uploading of BI Publisher report templates etc.).

Would someone be able to confirm this on their side?
