User cannot see PLC data under field 'Project Organization Name' in Project Costs OBIA subject area

Hi

Our users in Finance are accessing a dashboard for Project Costs however are unable to view PLC data in the dashboard which should appear as 'UK_101_PLC' in field 'Project Organization Name' found in Subject Area 'Project - Cost'.

I have checked the 'Manage Privileges' for this subject area and 'HSUK BI Super User' is set to 'Granted' but unlike me they cant see PLC data.

How do I make this visible to them?
