Raising a signal from an interface (through EAI)

Hi there,

'

     i was checking for a way to invoke the 'QuotesaAndOrdersValidate' signal from a webservice and found the following OOTB webservice "ContextServiceWrapperService-OrderHeader-Verify" but on trying to test this i'm getting the below error

Unable to construct BusComp state for Line Items from the Integration Object.(SBL-ISS-50220)

---------------------------
OK  
---------------------------

Did not get any information on this error on support web.

Anybody ever used this WS successfully ? if yes please help!!!!
