Reporting on "Price" field

Hello.

This topic may have been discussed previously, but I couldn't find any discussions around the issue I am experiencing when I try and report on the product price field. This field was renamed to "unit sell price".

No matter what amount is put in this field, and there is more than 1 period, the total amount of the opportunity (unit sell multiplied by # of periods) is displayed in the "unit sell price".

Can someone please tell me what is going on.... I have included screen shots.

You will notice that the first lines unit sell price is the total of the revenue $108,000 but in fact the unit sell price in the actual product revenue page is $3,000.
