Version Equivalence between Exadata 11.2.0.3.19 and Oracle RAC/GI/RDBMS on Linux VM?

Folks,

Can someone point me to a paper that shows the equivalence between a regular RAC RDBMS version and the Exadata version that matches the patch set? The reason I ask is we are going to Instantiate Dataguard from our RAC/RDBMS which is 11.2.0.3.8 (October) and the Exadata / Oracle RDBMS is 11.2.0.3.19 (June).

MOS Recommends they be at the same patch level ... ?
