Upgrade from raw devices to ASMDisks using asmlib

Hi,

I have an Oracle RAC with 2 nodes (10.2.0.4.0 version), using Linux Red Hat ( Linux rac1 2.6.9-103.ELsmp #1 SMP Fri Nov 11 14:28:16 EST 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux). The storage actually have raw devices and now I want to migrate the disks using asmlib into the ASM, What steps I need to do to complete this, what possibility exist if I need to do a rollback?
