WO completion with cross-docking

Hello,

When executing a partial work order completion where the quantity completed is equal to the quantity on the cross-docked sales order, the quantity is not attached to the sales order.

work order open with 550.

demand on the sale order is 55.

sales order is cross-docked with the work order.

If I complete a quantity of 60, the 55 is cros-docked to the sale order and 5 is remaining to be putaway.

but if I complete a quantity of 55, nothing is cross-docked to the ales order an 55 is on the putaway request.

We are using WMS with Licence plate.

What I realize is if the quantity is back ordered on the sales order, the cross docking do nothing with the order. And if I do complete the same quantity as the demand, nothing works either.
