Late Charges - Want to run for a group of customers R12

We need to run late charges monthly for some customers, and bi-weekly for others.

The only parameters on the generate late charge form is the ability to select customer name/number ranges.

This won't work for us, as our customer base is scattered.

Does anyone know if there is a method to select by term, or statement cycle, or anything other than what's available on the late charge request form?
