After applying patch 16215263, FII_AR_TRX_DIST_F_C package body is invalid.

Hi Team,

After applying patch 16215263, FII_AR_TRX_DIST_F_C package body is invalid.
we try to compile it but it throws error

SQL> alter package apps.FII_AR_TRX_DIST_F_C compile body;
alter package apps.FII_AR_TRX_DIST_F_C compile body
                                                  *
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-04052: error occurred when looking up remote object
APPS.EDW_LOCAL_INSTANCE@EDW_APPS_TO_WH.EDELCAP.COM
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-12641: Authentication service failed to initialize

Customer implemented the solution from below note but still getting the same error.
How to validate FII Invalid Packages? (
