How to pass two return values for one display value in LOV?

My current LOV is as below:
STATIC2:ALL;%,PROD,DR,UAT,QA,DEV,FAILOVER,LAB.

My requirement is to display PROD + DR and pass 2 values PROD,DR which I can use in select query for IN clouse.

Is it possible?
