Min Max planning against batch Ingredients items codes

Hi Guru's

     Can any one help for my below requirement.

We have use Process Manufacturing (OPM) based on the Ingredients we create the Finished goods item codes.when Ingredients item code stock come reach the min stock quantity, system can automatic generate safety stock for that Ingredients item code and automatically generate the purchase orders.

Pls provide the setup documents for my requirement.
