When clicking on the Enter within the Journal function, the form does not come up. No action is bei

We have this responsibility called USG GL POWERUSER, and we use this to enter journal entries.  We have a user that would click on Journals and then double click on Enter and normally the Java script would bring up the form to either Find Journal, Enter Batch or Enter Journal.  Well no action is being done.  The screen just sits there.  We made sure Popup Blocker is disabled, the Java script settings in IE 8 is correct and the correct Java version is also correct as well as being uninstalled and reinstalled.  What other issues could make this happen?  He
