Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Our E-Business suite using R12.1.1 version, user wants to restrict the payment of invoice if it's payment date is earlier than the invoice date

eg: payment date 1-Feb-2014 and invoice date 1-Mar-2014 - should be restricted

In this case, our current system is allows for payment
