Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Update Prefix on Serial Number Control

Dear All,

I have created more then 1000 serial number and also some consumed. Now I want to change prefix of remaining serial from backend.

Currently my serial number is EAMS0001 TO EAMS 1000 it should be EAMF0001 TO EAMF1000.

It will be great for me if anyone share any sql statement.
