Error raised when click on link to view Service contracts approval notification

Hi ,

User has issue in belowcases

Case1:when  sales person on the service contract receive emails regarding  contacts approval.they try ti clock on the link to view the contacts details but it gives the below error.

Case2:When salesperson clicks on  the workflow on the worklist-->click o the contract details link ,it  will be navigated to error page.

Please advice
