Not receiving EFT emails noiication

We have suppliers setup for EFT with email address included in the EFT setup, to enable them get EFT deposite notifications. For some reason, the suppliers are not getting the EFT deposite email notification to let them know there is a deposit in their bank.

One of the suppliesr with the issue  received one on Feb 18/14  and thought it was working again -   however did  not received any more since then and there is deposit in the supplier bank.

I looked at the setups and compared it to other suppliesr setup for EFT notifations, and they are the same.

Please, i will appreciate  solution to resolve this isssue. To make sure the suppliers are getting EFT email notifications.
