I have gone through some suggestions.I checked my sqlnert.ora,listener.ora file they look good.

Sqlnet.ora: SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT=180

Listener.ora: INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_listener_name=120 .

can we ignore this error.

Please help me with this.
