Raised Signal Dedicated Client differs from Web Client
Hi all,
During the creation of an order I encountered an issue regarding setting the Base Price on the Order Line.
Working on/with Siebel 8.1.1.11.4
Tested on Dedicated Client (IE) and Web Client (IE and Chrome OpenUI).
The issue:
- Create new Order
- Create new orderline
- Enter Product name and use TAB key to retrieve the necessary data.
- There than is a difference between Dedicated Client and Web Client in how the Base Price is set.
In the local/dedicated client, the Base Price is immediately priced/set correctly.
In the web client the Base Price is not priced/set correctly. In the web client I have to click the Reprice button to get the correct Base Price.
