Accidentally deleted tfa directory tree; how to restore logging for tfa?

Hi DBAs:

I've upgraded Clusterware to 11.2.0.4 on a few x86_64 (rhel 5) clusters.  In my clean up zeal, I accidentally deleted the $ORACLE_BASE/tfa directory tree.  I immediately added the structure back, but TFA does not log or add anything to it like it does on other 11.2.0.4 clusters.

Is it possible to restore the logging feature for TFA, and if so, how?
