PS ePro Verity returns a no items found result for active Items
PeopleSoft ePro Verity returns a no items found result for
existing active items that we have ordered previously with ePro. Using
9.1, 8.52 tools and the verity file is populated by a PeopleTools> Process
scheduler> daemon group with PV_SRCH_DAEM for indexing items.
The daemon runs on one scheduler every five minutes and we find new
requisitions initiated during the minute just prior to the process starting
will receive this error of no item found for any item id they attempt to search
for. If they return to the main menu and start to create a new ePro
requisition approximately a minute later then the item may be found without
