Siebel-BI Publisher high availability

Hello Experts:

We are in the process of setting up high availability for BI Publisher with the plans to integrate with Siebel. We have completed the following:

1. Installed FMW Weblogic and BIP 11g in two hosts (using 'Software' only option & 'Scale-out' option)

    JDK 1.7 - 64bit, WLS 10.3.6 64bit, BIP 11.1.1.7 64 bit

2. Host/Node 1 runs Admin Server on port 7001

3. Host/Node 1 runs on port 9704

4. Host/Node 2 runs on port 9704

5. BIP is clustered in Host1 & Host2

The challenge we have is how to cluster Weblogic. Below are some of the options:

1. Use HttpClusterServlet - Not sure whether this is supported in production environment. Some blogs refer to this as not supported. Is it still the case?
